Payment Options

Please bring your Alberta Health Card as well as any other insurance card because we will be provided you with an official receipt that can be submitted to your Extended Health Insurance Provider for reimbursement.

We are also able to direct bill most major insurance companies, so it is important that you bring your insurance information with you.
