Shannon Proskow graduated from the two year 2200 hour Massage Therapy program at Grant MacEwan University as well as the Acupuncture Program. She has been trained in a variety of modalities including trigger point therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, sports massage, deep tissue, pregnancy, therapeutic massage and relaxation massage. She is a member of the Massage Therapist Association of Alberta and the Acupuncture Association of Alberta.
Shannon also graduated with her Degree in Acupuncture program at Grant MacEwan to expand her knowledge and scope of practice as a therapist. Shannon has been involved in several sports such as volleyball, basketball, rugby, as well as has played for team Alberta and team Canada for handball. Shannon enjoys staying active by working out, doing yoga, and spending time with her horse.
